Book-length manuscripts of poetry in translation will be considered year-round for the FIELD Translation Series. Please use our Submissions Manager to send sample poems and a letter of inquiry describing the work and indicating that you have the author's permission, where appropriate, to seek publication for your translations.
FIELD Poetry Prize: The editors of FIELD award the FIELD Poetry Prize annually for an unpublished poetry manuscript between 50 and 80 pages in length. The contest is open to all poets, whether or not they have previously published a book. Oberlin College Press publishes the winning manuscript in the FIELD Poetry Series and awards the winning author $1000 and a standard royalty contract. Entries are accepted during the month of May only.
