An MFA graduate of Spalding University and contributing editor for Writer's Digest, Berg brings more than a decade of experience working with writers and takes an editorial, career-oriented approach to representation. She is particularly interested in manuscripts that combine strong commercial positioning with distinctive voice, emotional depth, atmosphere, and narrative momentum.

Fiction: The agency is drawn to immersive storytelling, high stakes, memorable characters, and stories with emotional impact. Genre interests vary by agent, so writers should review each agent’s individual wishlist before querying.
Nonfiction and Memoir: Rosecliff is interested in deeply researched narrative nonfiction that uncovers overlooked subjects, challenges assumptions, or offers a fresh perspective on familiar topics. Memoir should have a distinctive voice, substantial lived experience, and a strong narrative arc.
