Brandon Black is a fantasy and science fiction author living in New Orleans. He has a Bachelors in Military and Political Journalism as well as a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. He edited and contributed to New Orleans By Gaslight, an anthology of steampunk poetry and fiction set in Victorian-era New Orleans. Brandon has recently published Cairo By Gaslight, the second anthology in the By Gaslight series, set in Victorian-era Cairo, Egypt.
Brandon's current projects include The Other World, an anthology of tales about Faerie, and his first steampunk novel. Brandon lives with his guardian and protector, Battle-cat Princess Kaleidoscope, in his home town of New Orleans, Louisiana.
