I met with Stephen Barr at a writer's conference in New England for a ten minute query letter review. He was extremely approachable, offered solid input on the query letter and which aspects grabbed his attention and which were ambiguous. He was very entertaining during the agents panel. I came away with the impression that his primary focus is now books for children.
