About Celeste Fine

Celeste Fine is a founding partner and co-CEO who represents a highly selective list of bestselling fiction and nonfiction authors. Her clients include Fredrik Backman, Janet Evanovich, David Goggins, Deborah Harkness, Helen Hoang, Elle Kennedy, Debbie Macomber, Taylor Jenkins Reid, Nicholas Sparks, Elizabeth Warren, and Jennifer Weiner. She is known for negotiating major seven- and eight-figure publishing deals and for helping authors build sustainable, long-term careers. Fine works closely with clients on manuscripts and proposals and advises across publishing, film and television, stage, marketing, publicity, international rights, speaking, merchandise, and related opportunities. She emphasizes matching authors with publishing partners who share their long-term goals. She is currently seeking upmarket fiction that makes readers laugh or cry, distinctive thrillers with strong television or film potential, and nonfiction that helps readers understand and navigate contemporary life. Fine graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University in Government and also trained in international conflict resolution and mediation in The Hague.
