About Donya Dickerson
Donya Dickerson is a New York–based literary agent at Aevitas Creative Management. Before joining Aevitas in December 2023, she was Associate Publisher for the Business Trade list at McGraw Hill, where she acquired books by CEOs, thought leaders, and industry experts and worked with organizations including Crucial Learning, Keller Williams, Deloitte, and Zenger Folkman; earlier she acquired for Writer’s Digest.
She holds a BA in English and Philosophy from William Jewell College and a Master’s in Comparative Literature from the University of Cincinnati. She has edited multiple award-winning and bestselling titles, including work by Joseph Michelli and bestsellers such as Work Better Together and Arrive & Thrive.
