Postal Submissions
The agency strongly prefers electronic submissions. If submitting by mail:
- International authors should include an email address, as international materials are not returned.
- The agency cannot return packages weighing more than 13 ounces.
- Include either a self-addressed stamped envelope or an email address if you would like a response.
