Susan Golomb is a Senior Agent at Writers House and has represented literary and upmarket fiction and nonfiction for more than three decades. She founded the Susan Golomb Literary Agency in 1988, with Jonathan Franzen as her first client, and joined Writers House in 2015. Her client list includes award-winning and bestselling authors such as Jonathan Franzen, William T. Susan Golomb accepts queries by email at SGolombSubmissions@writershouse.com. Send a query letter that includes your credentials, what makes the book distinctive, and a brief synopsis, along with the first 10 pages pasted into the body of the email.
Do not query more than one Writers House agent at the same time. If Susan Golomb passes on the project, you may then submit to another agent at the agency.
