Submitting Your Work to Regal Literary Inc
The agency is particularly interested in distinctive voices, ambitious storytelling, international perspectives, and books that approach familiar subjects in original ways. Submission availability varies by agent, with some agents open to unsolicited queries and others accepting submissions by referral only.

Please note that we no longer accept print submissions.
Electronic submissions should consist of a query letter detailing the book in question, your qualifications, and the reason you are reaching out to the particular agent being queried.
For fiction, include a synopsis and the first ten pages of a novel, or one short story from a collection, in the body of the email.
For nonfiction, include a synopsis in the body of the email. If you already have a full proposal, you may attach it to your message. Clearly label the attachment with your name and the title of the work.
Given the high volume of submissions we receive, we are unable to respond to queries we decide not to pursue. If you have not heard from us within 12 weeks after submitting, you may consider the query closed.
Our primary areas of interest include literary fiction, suspense and thrillers, high-concept science fiction and fantasy, narrative nonfiction including history, biography, and science, book club fiction, young adult and middle grade, memoir, and selected category nonfiction. We enthusiastically seek new voices and perspectives in all languages.
We do not represent romance, poetry, or screenplays.
