The Marsh Hawk Press Poetry Prize is an annual contest accepting poetry manuscript submissions from December 1 to April 30 each year. The 2026 contest closed on April 30, 2026, and the 2027 contest is scheduled to open on December 1, 2026. The contest is currently closed to submissions, with the next open period beginning December 1, 2026.
Submissions: Submit a manuscript of 48-84 pages of original poetry in any style in English. Include a table of contents and an SASE.
Prizes: First place receives $1,000 and publication.
