The Lexi Rudnitsky First Book Prize is an annual prize sponsoring publication of a poetry collection by an American woman poet who has yet to publish a full-length book of poems.
The competition is currently open for submissions, with a deadline of October 31, 2026.
The winner receives a $1,000 advance and publication by Persea Books, along with the option of an all-expenses-paid residency at the Civitella Ranieri Center in Italy.
