Shuster attended Yale University and Northeastern University School of Law and previously practiced publishing and entertainment law at Palmer & Dodge and Ropes & Gray. He co-founded Zachary Shuster Harmsworth, which merged with Kuhn Projects in 2016 to create Aevitas Creative Management. He has also worked extensively in film and television adaptation, helping shepherd books including Wild and The Pursuit of Happyness to the screen and serving as an executive producer on The Midnight Sky.

Submissions Rules

  1. Aevitas does not accept unsolicited hardcopy submissions. Any materials mailed to the agency will not receive a response.

  2. Aevitas does not represent original screenplays or screenwriters.

  3. Use the submission form to select the agent you would like to query, then follow that agent’s instructions. Agents who do not appear in the selection menu are currently closed to new submissions.

  4. Do not submit to more than one Aevitas agent at the same time. Simultaneous submissions to multiple Aevitas agents will be disregarded.

  5. After submitting, an on-screen confirmation will indicate that the materials have been received.
