In thrillers - amnesia victim discovers he is a superspy killing machine. And so on. Every genre has them. Novice writers often go down that path when they begin because we do enjoy those stories - when they are done well. But when they are not, the reviews can be ravaging.  less

I think there is not enough information for self-published or indie authors about the publishing and editorial process outside of traditional publishing. Many authors think they do not need an editor or think they cannot get one since most editors work for publishers. Neither are true and the up and coming articles will discuss why. I hope the readers enjoyed reading it as much as I did writing it.
